How to Manage Gift Cards
- Find a Gift Card – Search by card number, owner email, sender email, or recipient email.
- Make Adjustments – Update balances or deactivate cards while keeping reporting accurate.
- Send a Comp Card – Issue a preloaded gift card with a personalized message—instantly emailed or manually distributed.
⚠ Heads up: If you’re using a third-party gift card provider (e.g., Square, eCard Systems, Valutec), all adjustments must be made through their platform. Balance adjustments require a location assignment to maintain accurate tracking.
