With new fields like No of Referrals Who Ordered, No of Orders from Referrals, and Total Spend from Referrals, you can now go beyond just tracking how many people a guest referred. Instead, get a clear picture of the quality of those referrals: who’s actually ordering, how often, and how much they’re spending.
This update gives you deeper insight into the true impact of your referral program, so you can do things like thank top referrers with loyalty points or send a special offer to guests who bring in high-spending friends.
